Chamberlain Javens Architects is a studio based design practice with a fundamental interest in collaboration. We enjoy a hands-on and consultative approach.
Glen Chamberlain and Stephen Javens have worked together for ten years and are supported by a team of highly engaged and motivated architects. Together we interact productively with all project participants, from the client through to the many and varied individuals involved in the life of a project.
We are fascinated by materiality and the craft of architecture and our expertise in detailing and the use of materials is a key element in the fine resolution of our architecture. Chamberlain Javens Architects work very closely with Interior Design practice, Kerry Phelan Design Office. As a director of both practices Stephen ensures a fine level of craftsmanship and coordination between Architecture and Interiors.
