Ballarat Development

The Ballarat Mixed Used Development is located on a prominent corner site within a sensitive heritage precinct. In response to its context, our approach was to explore the idea of materiality to break down the scale of the project. In addition, built form has been articulated to provide views of the heritage church buildings. The proposal includes a 1700m2 Medical Centre and 42 apartments and will reach completion in 2013.
